Fees & Insurance
My practice operates on an out-of-network model to ensure you receive highly personalized, completely confidential care without clinical restrictions. I provide comprehensive documentation to simplify your reimbursement process.
Individual Session Fee (CPT 90834): $275 per 45-minute appointment.
Couples Session Fee (CPT 90847):
$325 per 60-minute appointment.
Sliding Scale: A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available based on financial need. Please inquire during your initial consultation regarding current availability.
How Out-of-Network Reimbursement Works:
Payment: You pay the session fee either at the end of each session or clustered at the end of the month.
Superbill: At the end of each month, I provide you with a detailed clinical receipt called a Superbill.
Submission: You submit this document directly to your insurance company's portal or via an app.
Reimbursement: Your insurance provider sends a check directly to you based on your plan's out-of-network coverage rate (often 50% to 80% after your deductible is met).
